• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work daytime and weekend/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and delegate staff's daily duties.
• Engage customers in a friendly and informed manner.
• Coach and develop other employees.
• Upsell Airtopia products and services.
• Work across all departments as needed.
• Supervise cash register operations and reconcile cash.
• Address customer concerns while enforcing policies.
• Communicate with management and staff.
• Assist with parties, corporate events, and park cleanup.
• Open and close the facility; maintain cleanliness and operations.
• Enforce policies and provide staff training.
• Complete additional park tasks as assigned.
