• 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service time standards.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to work well with others and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct, and follow up on Crew activities to ensure quality, service and cleanliness (QSC).
• Provide coaching and training to crew team members.
• Monitor tasks and enforce cost controls and proper food preparation.
• May handle opening or closing procedures.
