Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate effectively with team members.
• Communicate with Manager to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Enforce and uphold Toastique policies and standards.
• Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service.
• Ensure each station is prepared for operations.
• Assist with solving customer issues.
• Ensure team members are following policies and procedures.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Assist Manager with fulfilling catering orders.
