Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana seeks a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will ensure exceptional customer service, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses.

You will oversee team members, manage scheduling and inventory, and foster a positive, safety‑driven work environment while delivering high-quality pizza and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old; 21+ to drive.
• Must complete RPM training programs (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety and food safety standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness.
