Job summary

RPM Pizza in Houma, LA is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support store goals under the General Manager.

You will train and coach Team Members, assist with scheduling, and uphold brand standards for RPM and Domino’s.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and a positive, energetic attitude, plus completion of RPM training and Pizza College courses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and 21 to drive.
• Complete RPM training and Pizza College courses.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
