Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals while guiding Team Members on duty. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and complete RPM Pizza College training as required.

You will uphold brand standards, manage scheduling, safety, and operations, and help create a positive, fast-paced, guest-focused environment that drives performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
