Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Owensboro, KY. You will lead Team Members on shift, ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety, and coach in the moment to keep the team focused and accountable.

Under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll own shift execution, communicate effectively, and drive results with attention to detail. This is an entry-level leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by providing feedback and supporting development.
