Onvo is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a Burger King in Gouldsboro, PA to lead a team, deliver fast and friendly service, and uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness during shifts. You will train staff, manage cash, oversee opening/closing, and enforce policies while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Onvo is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

Supervise and train team members on food preparation, customer service, and procedures.
Manage cash handling procedures, drawer reconciliation, and deposits.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee opening and closing procedures and equipment setup.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Motivate and coach team to meet sales targets and operational standards.
Communicate shift performance and issues to management.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environment.
