Job summary

Onvo is hiring a Burger King Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to standards. You will supervise team members, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in fast-food supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain one upon hire, as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure all Burger King operational standards are met, including food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
• Handle cash management accurately, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
• Implement and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in preparing food and serving customers when needed.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
