Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations on your shift. You will lead a small team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain a clean environment, and train staff to enhance performance.

The role emphasizes communication, multitasking, inventory, and cash handling within a fast-paced retail setting. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required; weekend availability is preferred and you’ll contribute to a positive, productive work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store during your shift.
• Ensure that all team members provide exceptional customer service.
