Job summary

Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage inventory and cash handling while maintaining a clean, organized environment and a positive work culture.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in retail or customer service, strong communication, multitasking ability, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with inventory management and ordering.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
