Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when necessary.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Manage cash handling, reconcile cash drawers, and make bank deposits.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
• Report any issues or feedback to the General Manager.
