• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and basic store maintenance; support pricing and promotions as directed.
