Job summary

Domino's Eagle Point store is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the General Manager in operating standards, ensuring fast, friendly service and strong crew morale. You will help prepare pizzas, deliver orders, and manage deposits and paperwork when the GM is away.

The role requires cash handling, people management, and time management skills, with the ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Starting wage is based on prior experience, with raises based on performance reviews.
• Shift Leads must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and motivate teams.
• Willing to learn and perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory and supplies nightly.
• Analyze labor and sales continually.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness.
• Supervise employees effectively.
• Interview, hire and onboard new team members.
• Prepare and package food products.
• Clean and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
