Sizzling Platter LLC in Everett, Washington is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily store operations by guiding team members and ensuring consistency with company standards.

As the on-duty leader, you will coach staff, deliver friendly guest service, monitor safety and quality, and help with opening/closing duties, including cash handling. Reliable, flexible candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items as needed to support operations.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed based on business demands.
