Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader/Brand Ambassador to guide guests toward healthy choices and lead team members when the GM is away. Your passion for the brand should drive you to take on new challenges and uphold the culture and mission of Smoothie King.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service environment.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in team member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
