Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a reliable Shift Lead Officer for a healthcare client in New Milford, CT. You will lead the morning security team on-site and ensure daily post orders and site procedures are followed.

This full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $21 per hour. The position requires prior security-related experience and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to work the set schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 06:30–14:30
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• Must meet licensing and background requirements per state and client regulations

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and professional Shift Lead Officer to support a healthcare client in New Milford. In this role, you’ll provide security services on-site and lead the officers on your shift to ensure a safe, calm, and professional environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
