Job summary

Jimmy John’s is seeking a Shift Lead for Fort Worth, TX. You will run the shift, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain operational standards throughout your shift.

You will manage opening/closing procedures, assist with food prep, handle cash drawers, and drive a fast, friendly service culture. Evening, weekend availability required; training provided.

Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business within the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation and opening/closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with integrity and completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for cash drawers at all times during the shift.
