Jimmy John3s in Waco, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to run shifts, ensure top customer service, and uphold operational standards during each shift. The role involves leading opening/closing procedures, supervising staff, and maintaining accuracy with cash drawers in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will help with daily food prep, route deliveries efficiently, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on delivering great sandwiches and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the restaurant walls.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness; completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
