Job summary

Jimmy John’s is hiring a Shift Lead in Terrell, TX to run shifts, ensure top customer service, and maintain operational standards. You’ll guide opening/closing procedures, assist in daily food prep, and oversee cash handling with integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Ability to establish priorities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stress and a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
