Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Oversee daily store operations and shift management in absence of store leadership.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing per policy.
• Ensure merchandise is properly priced, scanned, and secured; manage opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
