Job summary

Leslie’s is seeking a Shift Lead 2 at our Florida store to deliver superior customer service and support the General Manager in daily retail operations. Pay range is $16.00 - $17.00 hourly; compensation depends on education, experience, and fit.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales on the POS, maintaining a clean, merchandised environment, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and handling opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close duties, including bank deposits
