You will collaborate with the shop leadership to deliver a WOW experience for customers and support continuous improvement in service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• At least 1 year supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased workplace culture.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Travel requirements 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster inclusive, welcoming culture.
