Job summary

MAZZIOS LLC GROUP in Collinsville, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise crew during shifts, ensure smooth operation, and help meet labor goals by adjusting staffing as needed.

You will resolve guest concerns, maintain food safety and sanitation, verify uniforms and safety protocols, handle cash-out procedures, and assist with training and administrative tasks to support daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew during shifts and ensure crew members are actively working at assigned stations/duties.
• Resolve guest concerns in person or via phone and document decisions for audits.
• Ensure guest needs are met: dough preparation, accurate delivery times, order verification at dispatch, timely table bussing and guest welcome/thank-you.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards: gloves, hygiene, restroom cleanliness, sanitation of surfaces, proper temperatures, floor cleanliness.
• Enforce uniform and safety guidelines, non-slip footwear.
• Perform shift tasks: cash-out, deposits, end-of-shift activities in POS and back-office, document unusual events.
• Ensure security of crew, guests, products, and cash; control access after hours.
• Assist with administrative tasks and training of crew members.
