Job summary

You will greet guests, handle cashier transactions, recommend products, verify alcohol IDs, and maintain counter cleanliness and service standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Follow and carry out instructions via written or oral form.
• Perform basic arithmetic for monetary transactions.
• Understand product labels, menus, and receipts.
• Communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and assists in deciding product needs at the counter or drive-thru.
• Recommends products to inform guests about promos and contents.
• Verifies age for alcoholic beverages by ID checks.
• Performs cashier transactions and handles changes and receipts.
• Prepares drinks and basic food items as ordered.
• Directs guests to dining areas and beverage stations.
• Delivers orders and checks guest satisfaction.
• Handles order dispatch for drive-thru orders.
• Assists with seating and manages wait times when capacity is high.
• Restocks front counter, cleans dining and drive-thru areas, and maintains cleanliness.
• Answers telephones professionally and assists callers.
