Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Ability to legally work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Ability to react to change and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct Crew team members and follow up on tasks.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to crew members.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and maintain safe working conditions.
• Assist with opening or closing procedures as needed.
• Monitor QSC: quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Execute established cost control systems including proper food prep amounts and procedure adherence.
