Job summary

Wendy's Company is seeking a shift manager to guide and coach crew members, assign tasks, and ensure high-quality service and food safety standards. You will monitor QSC compliance and participate in cost-control procedures, with potential opening or closing responsibilities.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment; prior restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to legally work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Ability to react to change and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assigning, directing, and following up on activities of Crew team members; provide guidance and coaching to crew.
• Monitor tasks to ensure product Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) and implement cost control systems.
• May be responsible for opening or closing procedures.
