Qualifications

• You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
• Have a current driver's license and good driving record
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Be available to work any time including Saturdays
• Have at least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You must be able to lift 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts
• Learning all positions of the restaurant and train others in those positions
• Handle daily cash and create reports and deposits
• Deliver meals to guests at their table or to a designated pickup area
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and dining room, parking lot, and restrooms
• Lead a team of people serving guests while maintaining operating standards
• Work closely with the General Manager
• Create and submit produce orders and truck orders
• Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
• Other duties as needed and as directed by the General Manager

• Flexible schedules (closed on Sundays)
