Job summary

Piada Italian Street Food is seeking a Supervisor to join our fast casual team in Canton, OH. You will be part of the junior leadership tier, guiding Team Members and ensuring guests receive an authentic experience whether it is their first visit or their hundredth.

You will help maintain the food and feel of the restaurant while learning kitchen tasks such as writing daily prep lists and overseeing labor across shifts.

Qualifications

• Oversee Team Members and ensure Guest experience.
• Learn to perform kitchen responsibilities such as writing daily prep lists.
• Manage labor throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing our ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
