Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Manor, TX is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to own shifts and run both front- and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience (Shift Lead/Supervisor preferred).
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and customer service.
• Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assign stations, manage breaks, and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Train and coach team members on the floor.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled.
• Manage POS, cash handling, and basic reporting.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate shift performance and issues to management.

Job Overview

Mountain Mike’s Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant serving the Manor community. We are looking for a hands‑on Shift Lead who can take ownership of the store during assigned shifts and lead both front and back‑of‑house operations.

This is a leadership role, not just a position — ideal for someone who wants to grow into management.
