Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as Residential Counselor.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans and programs.
• Provide training and support to persons served in rehabilitative and behavioral skills.
• Assist residents in community integration and coordinating activities.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Maintain records and input data into electronic health records.
