Dairy Queen is seeking a Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role focuses on quality customer service and delivering food products to standard, while supporting and learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Applicants should have at least 1+ year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, be able to pass a background check, and meet the age requirement. English fluency may be essential for some stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
