Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods location. You will oversee daily shift operations, ensure high standards of customer service and food quality, and support the management team by learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervision experience in food service or retail, being 18+, and passing a background check. English fluency is preferred for some stations; benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year(s) previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations to ensure quality customer service and food products per Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
