Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. in Kannapolis, NC is hiring part-time Shift Leads to empower teams and deliver great customer experiences.

You will handle purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help ensure product availability while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Qualifications include 18+ years old (21+ in some states), a high school diploma or GED (or 6 months related experience), and at least 3 months cashier experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 19+ in Indiana; 21+ in certain states.
• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months related experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous customer service.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions; operate register.
• Maintain a clean, safe store; support store manager and team.
• Help lead team to exceed store performance goals and training new staff.
• Perform daily/monthly paperwork and inventory-related tasks when needed.
