Job summary

Murphy USA Inc in Greensboro, NC is hiring part-time Shift Leads to support daily store operations and supervise a small team. You will ensure a courteous customer experience, operate the register, maintain stock and cleanliness, and assist the Store Manager in achieving performance goals.

This role offers opportunities for advancement, with the potential to move to Assistant Manager in as little as six months, and a benefits package including daily pay, health insurance, 401K with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in several states.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns
• Operating cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals
• Performing job duties as assigned
• Backup duties in absence of management including daily/monthly paperwork and inventory tasks
