Job summary
Murphy USA is hiring a part-time Shift Lead at our Hickory, NC location. You will provide prompt and courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, and support store operations while helping the team achieve performance goals.

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ (19+ in some states) or 21+ where required by state law.
- High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
- Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
- Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
- Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
- Operate cash register.
- Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
- Help lead the team to exceed performance goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
