Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring part-time Shift Leads. You will deliver prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role supports the Store Manager and aims to drive the store to exceed performance goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or 6 months related experience), at least 3 months cashier experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimal 3 months cashier experience required.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience and resolve requests.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure fuel/merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and support store manager.
• Lead team to meet store performance goals and assist with daily operations.
