Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the department when Foreman or Supervisor is unavailable.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and teamwork support.
• Use ERP systems to run open order reports and manage work orders.
• Ensure workstations are loaded with tasks aligned to production goals.
• Monitor production metrics and assist in continuous improvement.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and enforce standards.
• Assist with training, troubleshooting, and team compliance.
• Communicate with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
