Job summary

IronLeaf Designs is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor in Charlotte, NC. The role combines hands-on supervision with problem‑solving to meet production schedules and quality standards.

You will manage CNC and fabrication processes, train staff, and continuously improve workflows while maintaining a safe, organized environment. This is a leadership role for a skilled fabrication professional.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an industrial fabrication shop.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, press brakes, and fabrication equipment.
• Supervisory or production management experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read production drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Work on the shop floor with the production team.
• Set daily priorities and assign work based on production schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor production progress to keep work on schedule.
• Train team members and ensure quality control.
