Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Lead Process Technician for its Shelby Township, MI site. The role focuses on supervising shift operations, ensuring safe manufacturing, and driving process improvements.

You will monitor molding processes, support equipment, and lead the team to achieve high quality and efficiency. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives across the plastics division. The incumbent will coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, perform hand-offs between

Oversee/manage shift operations and production support to ensure peak productivity and a safe, clean environment.
Ensure thorough mold changes, startup, bucket length and shutdown quality; maximize good parts per hour (GPPH).
Maintain product quality through process limits, machine alarms, and inspection per the control plan.
Participate in Manufacturing Team Meetings and Quality Operating System meetings; communicate metrics to the team and oversee a smooth hand-off to the next shift.
Complete employee evaluations for subordinates and maintain authored work instructions for ongoing processes.
Assist in developing new processes (molding setup, robot programming, tooling reviews), including quality-related tasks and warehouse support.
