Job summary

Amazon Inc. in California’s Santa Clara region seeks a Process Assistant for Grocery Fulfillment Centers to support and mentor teams while focusing on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to develop plans that meet business objectives and improve site operations across the network. The role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
