Job summary

ABB’s Pinetops, NC facility is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee shift teams and ensure production plans are executed safely and efficiently, day in and day out. You will monitor line performance, allocate and adjust work orders, reinforce schedules, and collaborate with the unit supervisor to resolve issues affecting quality and delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires manufacturing experience, safety discipline, and the ability to use common tools and data-entry

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
• Familiarity with basic measurement tools and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift teams against work plans set by Production management.
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with unit supervisor to maintain production schedules and quality.
• Focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Allocate, coordinate, and oversee shift orders and work-plan execution.
• Lead shifts to resolve technical, quality, and logistic issues.
