Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and share service best practices with team members.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries and orders.
• Record sales, verify pricing, handle voids and price modifications, and manage register transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with displays, promotions, and stock resets.
• Ensure signage and local regulatory pricing compliance and assist with maintenance tasks.
