Alpaca Chicken in Raleigh, NC is seeking enthusiastic Shift Leaders to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running successful shifts and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As a leader, you will oversee daily operations, assign roles, complete essential paperwork, and maintain communication with management to address store needs, while fostering a positive and efficient team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart)
• Hourly walks throughout the restaurant that includes touching tables and interacting with customers.
• Completing daily paperwork.
• Ensure that all material needed is available and in stock at all times.
• Making sure that the best experience possible is provided to our customers.
• Communicating to the General Manager of any problems or needs for the store.
• Opening, closing and side duties.
