Alpaca Chicken is seeking enthusiastic Shift Leaders to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running successful shifts and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As a leader, you will oversee daily operations, assign roles, complete essential paperwork, and communicate store needs to management to keep the team on track. We are a veteran, minority, and family-owned restaurant focused on quality, integrity, respect, and gratitude.

Responsibilities

• Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart)
• Hourly walks throughout the restaurant that include touching tables and interacting with customers
• Completing daily paperwork
• Ensure that all material needed is available and in stock at all times
• Making sure that the best experience possible is provided to our customers
• Communicating to the General Manager of any problems or needs for the store
• Opening, closing and side duties
