Alpaca Chicken is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running successful shifts, guiding team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, assign roles, complete essential paperwork, and maintain communication with management to address store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart).
• Hourly walks through the restaurant interacting with guests.
• Completing daily paperwork and checklists.
• Ensuring materials and supplies are stocked and ready.
• Striving to deliver a top-notch guest experience.
• Communicating store needs or problems to the General Manager.
• Handling opening, closing, and side duties as required.
