Alpaca Chicken in the United States is seeking Shift Leaders to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, oversee daily operations, assign roles, complete essential paperwork, and maintain communication with management to ensure store needs are met and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant shifts preferred.
• Ability to assign roles and supervise team members.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart).
• Hourly walks throughout the restaurant that includes touching tables and interacting with customers.
• Completing daily paperwork.
• Ensure that all material needed is available and in stock at all times.
• Making sure that the best experience possible is provided to our customers.
• Communicating to the General Manager of any problems or needs for the store.
• Opening, closing and side duties.
