Job summary

Alpaca Chicken is hiring a Shift Lead to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running successful shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, assign roles, complete essential paperwork, and communicate store needs to management.

Responsibilities

• Assigning positions (utilizing the position chart)
• Hourly walks throughout the restaurant that includes touching tables and interacting with customers.
• Completing daily paperwork.
• Ensure that all material needed is available and in stock at all times.
• Making sure that the best experience possible is provided to our customers.
• Communicating to the General Manager of any problems or needs for the store.
• Opening, closing and side duties.
