Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the daily production plan and uphold safety, security, and productivity standards in pallet repair, refurbishing, and re-manufacturing operations.

You will train and guide operators, visually inspect pallets, communicate with Shipping/Receiving and the Shift Supervisor, and maintain a clean, orderly work area. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift 6 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying 75–85 pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Guide the execution of the daily production plan and uphold safety, security, and productivity standards.
• Train and guide operators on repairing pallets.
• Visually inspect and audit pallets and determine rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving on needs and status.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisor for priorities.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
