Job summary

Terzo Enterprises in Georgia is hiring a Shift Lead to supervise daily production, ensure safety, and maintain quality on the 1st shift from 6 am to 3:30 pm.

You will train operators in pallet repair, inspect pallets for rework needs, and coordinate with Shipping/Receiving to keep the production plan on track, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and supporting team goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift 75–85 pounds frequently.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily production plan execution with focus on safety, security, and productivity.
• Train and guide operators on pallet repair to meet standards.
• Visually inspect pallets and determine rework needs.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving on needs and status.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

What will you do?

The Shift Lead is responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, in addition to adhering to the quality criteria.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

1st Shift 6 am to 3:30 pm

Duties Include:

• Always comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Train and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Visually inspect and audit pallets and determine rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
